Eat clearly

Nutritionists have named five foods that should be discarded when losing weight. Especially if there is a need to get rid of dangerous visceral (deep) fat - the very thing that appears in the abdomen.

Rice, potatoes, pasta, bakery products and sweet flakes were included in the list of products with regular use provoking a rapid accumulation of excess weight.
As part of the study, experts concluded that a diet low in carbohydrates helped dozens of volunteers to lose 10% more visceral fat (and 4.4% more total fat) in a few weeks than people who refused to eat fatty foods, but continued to eat rice, potatoes, bread, and so on.

Experts noted that you should not give up completely from carbohydrates. So, the same white bread can be replaced with wholegrain, and mashed potatoes or fried potatoes - baked. Pasta lovers should choose pasta from durum wheat, and instead of white rice, cook brown or wild rice.

Earlier, specialists from the University of California at San Luis Obispo said that a "heart" diet would help prevent abdominal (abdominal) obesity.

Meanwhile, being overweight in the waist area increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.
