Who are they?

In the Labor Code there will be new beneficiaries.

Who are they?

Socially-oriented non-profit organizations (NPOs) can make their lives easier by saving them from unnecessary human resources and the need to hire additional employees (personnel officers).

Today, the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations (RTC) will discuss amendments to the Labor Code.
The essence of the amendments is to give social non-profit organizations the same rights that microenterprises already have (since 2017). Namely: not to draw up local regulations (rules of internal labor regulations, regulations on wages, bonuses, shift schedules) and the like, but to prescribe all these nuances in employment contracts with employees.

True, the new rules will not be distributed to all socially oriented NPOs, but only to those that meet the same criteria as microenterprises that have received relief. The number of employees for them should be no more than 15 people, and their income for the year should not exceed 120 million rubles.
