Participants in the event jointly research the situation, understand the essence of the problems, propose possible solutions and choose the best of them. Cases are based on depersonalized factual material from the judicial and law enforcement practice of foreign economic activity participants.
1. The new Code of Administrative Offenses - what is changing, the consequences for participants in foreign economic activity.
2. Rights of a participant in foreign economic activity during an administrative investigation;
3. Procedural violations as grounds for canceling the decision on prosecution.
4. Departmental and judicial appeal - procedure and terms.
5. Law enforcement practice: trends and know-how.

During the event, the speakers together with the participants will analyze the following cases:
-How to avoid AP if: the declarant found an error in the DT before the release of the goods; within three years after the release of goods;
- Who is to blame for the false declaration - the declarant or customs representative?
-How to prove the absence of guilt, events and an administrative offense?
- What is more effective - departmental or judicial appeal - will we analyze specific situations?

The event will be moderated by Oksana Leonidovna Kurochkina, lawyer of the PRAVO FOR BUSINESS APPMO, member of the Expert Council of the RF CCI on customs policy.

Also, the event will be attended by Lyudmila Viktorovna Teselkina, Director General of KA Just Logistics LLC, member of the Expert Advisory Council on the implementation of customs policy at the Federal Customs Service of Russia, specialist in the field of customs administration and foreign trade regulation, and Valentina Nikolaevna Ionicheva - Ph.D. ., expert on customs regulation, head of the Information and Analytical Center "Newved".
