The most noticeable dynamics of a positive perception of changes in the quality of operator’s services were recorded by sociologists in the group of respondents aged 18-24 and people with medium and high incomes.

Muscovites speak best of all about mail. The share of residents of the capital who noted an improvement in the quality of operator services increased by a third - from 45% to 60%. Growth is also noted for all types of cities.

In rural areas, the trend is different. If in 2018, 53% of the surveyed residents of the village said that the post office began to work better, then in 2019 - 48%.

The infrastructure of the Russian Post has 42 thousand branches, with 30 thousand of them working in rural areas, including hard-to-reach areas. There are offices that serve the settlements where only a few dozen people live. Now the postal operator is working on expanding the range of services that are provided in rural branches, including through the sale of consumer goods.
