In which houses Russians prefer to buy apartments

Russians trust public developers more than private, and prefer to buy apartments in already built houses. This was revealed during a survey by experts from the independent research agency MAGRAM Market Research.
To the question "If both state and private companies were engaged in building housing in your region, who would you choose?" 59 percent of respondents said they would choose a state developer, 9 percent private, 24 percent admitted that they did not see the difference. And another eight percent found it difficult to answer.
Why do people choose state developers?
74 percent of respondents believe that they will not be deceived there and such companies are more stable. About 18 percent of respondents think so.
To the question "If apartments will be available for sale only in finished houses, how would you react to this?" 64 percent of respondents said they would react positively (including 22 percent - extremely positive), 24 percent - neutral and eight percent - negative (two percent gave an extremely negative answer). Three percent of respondents found it difficult to answer.
According to the survey, almost half (45 percent) of Russians plan to buy housing. Moreover, every fifth (22 percent) in the next five years, 14 percent - within ten years and 9 percent - not earlier than ten to 10 years.
