All crimes were identified during joint operational search activities with the UFSB of Russia in the Omsk Region and the UNK UMVD of Russia in the Omsk Region, in cooperation with the Omsk Transport Prosecutor's Office, the Omsk Line Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The following categories of goods included in the Unified List of Goods, to which non-tariff regulation measures are used in trade with third countries, are prohibited for importation into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and for exportation from this territory (Decision of the Board of the Single Economic Commission of April 21, 2015 30 "On measures of non-tariff regulation"):
- information on printed, audiovisual and other information carriers;
- plant protection products and other persistent organic pollutants;
- official and civilian weapons, its main parts and its ammunition;
- instruments of extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources;
- ozone-depleting substances and products containing them;
- hazardous waste.
It is also forbidden to send to the IGO:
- alcoholic beverages, ethyl alcohol, beer;
- any types of tobacco products and smoking mixtures;
- cultural values;
- goods subject to rapid deterioration;
- plants in any form and condition, plant seeds;
- precious stones in any form and condition;
- narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances;
- other goods prohibited to be shipped in accordance with the acts of the Universal Postal Union, the rules of law of the Eurasian Economic Union and the customs legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of customs.
